Why was August weaker than July?
“Revenue fell from €164,346 in July to €143,634, because part of the team was on holiday, so there were fewer billable hours. At the same time expenses rose from €152,422 to €155,975: salaries stayed the same, and for the project that is running late you brought in external contractors, so that cost rose from €12,386 to €16,874. So August closed with a loss of €12,341. Recommendation: once the project is delivered, bring external contractors back to the plan, and plan next summer around the team's holidays.”

Explaining the figures to a client takes hours nobody pays for. You enter the connection to the e-Računi system once, in the settings of the workspace, and Puls then pulls the monthly figures, the account balance and the open items on its own. The link to the books is refreshed every 15 minutes, while the account balance is as fresh as the last bank statement your accountant has posted, and Puls shows the date of that statement next to the balance.
