The Croatian text prevails. This translation is provided to aid understanding.

Version of 27 October 2026. In force from 27 October 2026. Owners of workspaces registered before that version receive a notice of it by e-mail on the same day and confirm it at their first sign-in from that day.

1. About the service

Puls is a financial controlling tool provided by Dodana vrijednost d.o.o. The service enables the import of financial data and the presentation of plan and actuals, indicators, cost structure and AI commentary. By using the service you accept these terms.

2. Informative nature

All views, indicators, comparisons and AI commentary in Puls are informative. Puls does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice. The indicative comparison with the market is based on general data about the industry and is neither a verified measure nor a ranking against specific companies. You make decisions at your own responsibility, where necessary with the advice of a qualified professional.

3. Your obligations

  • To ensure the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you upload.
  • To keep your access credentials safe and not share them with unauthorised persons.
  • To use the service in accordance with the law and these terms.
  • From the version of 5 October 2026: the owner and the accountant of a workspace turn on two-factor sign-in (a code from an authenticator app on the phone) within the period the owner sets, at most 30 days (default 14) from its introduction or from joining the workspace. After that period Puls opens for them only with it. For other members it is voluntary.

4. Trial period, plans and billing

New workspaces receive a trial period of 14 days, or longer when an event code or another promotional offer grants it, without entering a card. The trial period opens all features for viewing, with one exception: downloading the plan tables and the “Business plan” document (PDF, Word and Excel) is available with a paid plan. If you entered an event code, you can download the plan tables and the document during the trial period as well. During the trial period you compose, review and edit the plan, and the other exports work without restriction. When the trial period expires without an active subscription, access to the workspace is locked, while your data remains stored and becomes available again as soon as you subscribe.

Puls is available in three forms:

  • Puls Standard: 35 EUR + VAT per month, or 350 EUR + VAT per year. With yearly payment you pay for 10 months and use 12. It is charged through a secure payment service provider (Stripe).
  • Puls Premium: 69 EUR + VAT per month, or 690 EUR + VAT per year, under the same rule. It includes everything in the Standard plan and advanced features such as cost centres, multiple users, the group view, the bank pack and the management pack, and your own logo on reports and documents. It is charged through a secure payment service provider (Stripe).
  • Puls Enterprise: on quotation. It is intended for larger companies and groups and for those who introduce Puls with our help. It includes all features of the Premium plan and, in addition, onboarding with you, reports in your format, data import in your form, multiple companies with a group overview and a named support person with a service level agreement and a data processing agreement. Custom development is possible as a separately contracted engagement. The scope, deadline and price are stated in the quotation, and the features built become part of Puls. Price, scope and terms are agreed individually and stated in the quotation, so this form is not charged through Stripe. Clients of an accounting firm can get Puls through their firm, under that firm’s terms. In that case they do not buy Puls on their own.

All prices are stated excluding VAT. VAT (25 %) is charged at billing. The subscription renews automatically for the same period until you cancel it. You can cancel it at any time. Access remains active until the end of the paid period, with no refund for a period already started, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

For every subscription charged, a fiscalised invoice (eRačun) is issued in accordance with the Croatian fiscalisation regulations.

5. Referral programme

Every workspace receives its own invitation link. When a company that opened its workspace through another company’s link subscribes, both companies each receive 2 months of Puls free of charge. The invited company receives its own link when it pays its first subscription invoice, and only then can it invite other companies. Its trial period and the reward it receives as the invited company are not limited by this.

  • The reward is granted 30 days after the invited company’s first successful payment. Cancellation of the subscription or a refund of the payment within that period voids the reward.
  • On a monthly subscription the reward is 2 months free of charge, that is, as many invoices for 0 EUR. On a yearly subscription the reward is a credit on the yearly invoice already paid in the amount of 2 monthly instalments excluding VAT, with the money refunded. A monthly instalment is the monthly price of the plan paid with that invoice. VAT on the credit is charged in accordance with the regulations.
  • At most 10 referrals of one company are rewarded in one calendar year (from 1 January to 31 December, Croatian time). A referral counts towards the quota in the year in which it was rewarded, even when the reward of the inviting company later expires. A referral that does not fit into the quota of one year is rewarded to both companies only when the quota opens, in the following calendar year.
  • The reward of a company that invited others while it had no subscription of its own waits for its subscription for at most 12 months from the day it was granted. If the company does not subscribe within that period, the reward expires. While the company has a subscription, the reward does not expire.
  • No reward is granted for referring oneself.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dodana vrijednost d.o.o. is not liable for business decisions made on the basis of the informative views in Puls, nor for indirect damage arising from the use of the service.

7. Data protection

The processing of personal and business data is described in the Privacy policy, which is an integral part of these terms.

An integral part of these terms is also the Data processing agreement, which upon acceptance of these terms applies to every client that is the controller of the data entered into Puls, regardless of the plan, and which prevails over these terms in matters of personal data processing.

8. Acceptance, versions and changes to the terms

These terms and the Data processing agreement are accepted when an account is opened, and each of their versions carries a date. We record who accepted which version and when.

A new version is in force from the day of its publication, which is also the version date. We notify workspace owners of it by e-mail on the same day, and at the first sign-in from that day Puls asks for confirmation of the new version. Whoever opens an account after a new version is published accepts the new version.

9. Data from a connected accounting system

When you connect your accounting system to Puls, Puls reads from it the data needed for your reports: the chart of accounts, the monthly movements by account and, depending on the system, account balances and the open items of customers and suppliers. Puls uses that data only for the reports, indicators and plans of your workspace.

When you request a commentary, an explanation, a suggestion, an answer from the consultant or a draft business plan written by artificial intelligence, Puls sends to the artificial intelligence model provider Anthropic calculated totals from that data (for example income and expenses by month and category) and the names of categories and accounts, but not individual ledger entries or documents. Anthropic processes them as a sub-processor listed in Annex 1 of the Data processing agreement. Without your request Puls does not send that data to the model.

Data from a connected system is not used to train artificial intelligence models. We do not sell it or pass it on to third parties, except to the sub-processors listed in Annex 1 of the Data processing agreement, to the extent described in that agreement.
